Wah…..it was truly happening and for those who missed it ~ too bad!! You should have come but you didn’t….wasted!! 
Anyway, this CNY bloggers meet was very much different from the laid back, casual ones we normally have. This was more informative and we (all 15 of us) learnt quite a bit about podcasting. All this with special thanks to Victor (Alamak! Typo lar….SORRY!!) Vincent of Penang Podcast and John Ong of Penang Hokkien Podcast. I, personally am very grateful to Victor for putting in the effort and initiative to set up in Ong’s place and share with us his knowledge and experience as a podcaster (?). Also a special shoutout to John who is currently stationed in the US who had to stay up way past his bedtime to spend some time with us ONLINE and answer a few quick questions regarding podcasting. Last but not least, a BIG SUPER HUGE thank you to Ong for offering his office as a place for our meeting, without which this whole meet would not have taken off. Cheers to Ong!

Although I find this all new and exciting, I seriously doubt if I could pull it off simply because of my superb ability to stress myself out without reason. But seriously, I sometimes find myself struggling to just maintain and post in this blog as it is ~ I can’t imagine what would happen if I took up podcasting! Might end up tearing whatever that’s left of my wispy & frizzy hair….*OMG, what a horrid sight!!* :shocked:

On the whole, the turn out was pretty good ~ about 15 of us. Almost everyone was on time and those early birds got a special calendar from Ong. I missed it by one person. Haiz….but s’ok lar. I got me a perpetual calendar which can last me till 2100 ~ this will be going unto my list of family heirlooms. *To my future kids, grandkids, great-grandkids and whatever that comes after that, when you read this, you had better be keeping this priceless calendar in good condition or I will come back and haunt you…mmwaahahahaahah! ~ Evil, shrieky laughter*

I think it was VERY brilliant & cute of Ong to put up signs to his hideout haven. Good work, Ong! (The buildings are mostly pre-war ones, really cool!)
Hhmmm….I think Cmos is just thankful we didn’t have any plates to wash and he cabut-ed (left) early too!! Lol….
