I bet loads of people are making money out of this crystal business. Crystals make nice decor but some people really take their crystals TOO seriously. They say that crystals have certain energies which can do wonders for whatever problems you have. They supposedly cure the most unthinkable problems from finding love, to getting up the career ladder to overcoming missing out opportunities. Me? I don’t know whether to believe it or not. I wear a green phanthom crystal bracelet which Mum says is good for me. Since it makes her happy and it is a simple and nice accessory, I wear it. Although I don’t think that wearing 10 bracelets on both arms is gonna get you rich, a life full of love nor a healthy disease free body.
Here are some pictures I took when Mum, her friends and I went to this place up north to buy crystals. Yes, if I thought my Mum was crazy over crystal…her friends are worst! They are fanatics, over the top extremists!! Haha… 
As you can see, they come in all sorts of shapes, size and color. Quite pretty if you ask me but don’t let it get to you. Coz like tattoos, once you start, you can’t stop! You have been warned…..

Hmm… some folks do believe in the power of the stones. My gf who has no luck with guys actually went all out to get herself this exquisite rose quartz stone that is supposedly to boost romance and no of guys in her life. So far, in my opinion, it doesnt work. Maybe the stone is too small compared to those in the pics you put up.

Well, it’s good to see though, despite of the expensive price. My dad and I went to a crystal shop few weeks ago and he said he wanted to get this one big piece just for decoration at home and i was like, “A piece of decoration for RM 3000!! Are you out of your freakin mind??!!! Might as well give me that money and i’ll buy something i can use instead of putting something pricey as that when you can only sit and look at it!!”

Consuela : Yes, there are loads of stones out there. The most famous one at the moment are called salt crystals. They look nice in the bedroom as it gives out a soft kinda out light.
Art : Haha!! I know wat u will do with the RM3k – buy another 2 more flip phones! LOL
DRat : O yar, rose quartz is for love so is amethyst (See, I got dragged into this knowledge automatically that I oso know some info abt these stones!). I used to wear it until I ‘attracted’ some really BAD love. In fact, too much love that he turned out utterly possessive – like some psycho! Bad crystal…bAAAAAAAAAAd crystal!

Cystals are overpriced like mad! They are usually highly marked up.. by as much as 75%! So, its really not worth buying. Unless you can get them at a factory or something…

It’s way beyond my budget!! lol
When I bought one bracelet years back, ppl told me so many pantangs I just got fedup!! Eg. Must wash the bracelet with purified water (so it won’t be contaminated) and after which, DO NOT let anyone touch your bracelet! If not, they will make the crystal suey! Huh??

And crystals are sooo prettttty. I love the mroe intricate ones, but can’t afford those really nice pieces, and had to make do with the little cheap stones they sold in baskets.
