The grass is always green on my side.

FF : My not so furry little friends

Another weekend has past and I’ve lagged behind FF…. Now I realise why people can’t find the time to blog. I realised also that I havent had time to blog myself! By the time I get home from work, I’m dead beat. And it’s not making things any simpler by having 2 internet junkies at home….*sigh* Then again, I hardly have the energy to actually blog these days. Must be my work….it is a little stressful to a certain extend but I take it all in stride. It’s part and parcel of life and I’m just taking a little longer trying to adapt to that part of my new life.

That being said, I’ll never leave THIS bit of my life…ever. Period. I had fun at the recent Parramatta Riverbeat festival. I mentioned it last week I think and today, I’m letting the pix I took do the talking. It isn’t as clear nor as bright as I want it to be coz it was drizzling that day and it was just a really dull day BUT the events were so happening!! At least 2 bit of it were.

Cute & sexy

Girls from Jalsa Creole, a band playing mainly Mauritius music with 4 gorgeous dancers.

Parramatta Riverbeat Festival

Many people, animals and FOOD!

Spiky the Bearded dragon

Me and Spiky the bearded dragon - VERY prickly and it clung on to my hand as you can see.

Sleepy the Shingleback Lizard

Sleepy the Shingleback lizard also known as the two-headed lizard coz it’s tail looks like its head.

Bubblegum the Blue tongue lizard

Bubblegum the blue tongue lizard. Pretty little thing and a great help in the garden - it eats up all the snail!

Another bluey

Very pretty indeed and this was moments before I dropped it and grabbed it by its tail before it landed splat on its head! I’m surprised it didnt snap at me as they are known to do that. :secret: *Ooppss….*

Pelf : Well…I’ve always like touching and holding animals. I dare to do this here coz the animals are so used to human contact. Ask me to catch a cicak at home and I’m the first to run out of the room! Geli mya pasai…. :hehe:

May : Eehh…I think too thick to snap off lar. But hor, not my fault leh…it was that guys fault. He wanted to hold the cicak n take a pix. The good samaritan in me offered to take the pix for him and after that, I didnt know how to return him his cam as I felt weird putting them into his pants pocket so I told him to put the lizard on my arm. Mana tau that lizard so ngok, n didnt catch unto my arm and since I was wearing my jacket, he slipped lor! Lucky his carer didnt see him nearly hit the ground or she would have fainted! Stupid fella!
