Little Cozy Corner

Today is exactly 7 days since I’ve been home. Truth be known, I’ve been eating everything I can get my hands on, the minute I got off the plane at Penang. When I left Sydney, my Kecik wasn’t really showing but 2 days after - tummy is showing and I can bet it ain’t Kecik!!

I told Ted that I’ve been ‘growing’ and I could imagine him shaking his head as he replies me saying that he hopes that it’s Kecik and not otherwise. Today is St. Patrick’s Day so bring out your greens and celebrate! From memory, I think Harbour Bridge is closed to traffic due to some parade or march that the city is organising. Must be on quiet a grand scale.

On another note, today there are 2 digital camera fairs happening. One is a Canon warehouse clearance sale in Penang and the other is just a small fair in Pacific’s Megamall - those in the Northern Region should know where this is. My uncle and aunt took me to Penang to check out the Canon sale but I was so disaapointed to note that the camera I had my eye on was out of stock. :cwy: In fact, all cameras from low to mid priced range were out of stock and it was just noon when we arrived. It took a mere 2 hours for all those cameras to sell out. So sad lar……the other models were way out of my budget so we drove back to the Megamall and although there weren’t many models on show. After scouting around a bit and checking out the features that the models had, I settled for a Casio Ex-Z110. I know that the best digital cameras are Canon but beggars can’t be choosers plus with my hardly known, almost non-existing HP digi-cam, my shots turned out nice, I am pretty sure I can do better now with this camera which I’ve bought.

I don’t have any regrets and am looking forward to going crazy taking shots which I already have BUT now I can’t seem to get it to upload to my pc. Will be going over to my uncle’s place later to see if his pc can detect the camera, otherwise, it’s off to the fair again to screw that sales guy up! He bette hope and pray that I’m doing it wrong and that my uncle can fix it otherwise…..he wouldn’t know what hit him once I’m done sorting him out! :angry:
