It’s wonderful to enter a room and be greeted by the sensual smell of lavendar or ylang-ylang. Or perhaps even the fresh citrusy smell of lemons as I find it so refreshing. I absolutely love that feeling and like Ted, who also introduced me to aromatherapy bath crystals, we’re both crazy over incense in general. My favourite bath crystal is lavendar.
