- That was my first reaction when we first started our plans to purchase our new unit. With the interest rates going up and everything still remaining the same, it was a constant worry for us, financially. There are many companies out there which are just waiting to charge you an arm and a leg for the simplest thing, but mostly because they are the middle man.
I know this first hand, hence the need to sieve through many mortgage lenders came to be. And I am so glad and thankful that we did manage to find just that through a reliable friend who got us in touch with him. Thanks to Tony, we are now proud owners of a new unit and we just can’t wait to move in!

My aunt who lives in Sweden is always complaining about the cold weather. Being bred and born in Malaysia, she really misses the warmth and I guess I can understand it pretty well. She actually cycles to work in like 3 layers of clothes, not including those thick warm clothes so you can imagine how cold it is over there!
Since she mentioned recently that she is looking forward to a long holiday by the beach and wasn’t really into getting a hotel, I thought that perhaps I should tell her about Outer Banks. With so many properties for rental by the beach, she’ll have a hard time choosing one! I wonder if she’ll ever want to leave once her holidays are over. Hehehehe!
