Yippee!! I’ll be off to Johor, my hometown and will return only on Sunday night. I’m really excited about this trip because I get to show Arianna off to my father’s family and also, a chance for me to indulge myself in the ever-famous roti kaya at Kluang Railway Station. It’s SO famous that it’s got branches in KL and if I’m not mistaken, they are sprouting like mushrooms all over the place. I even heard that there is a branch in JB too!! But I can honestly tell you that nothing beats the original. Actually, it already taste a little bit different compared to 2 decades ago. I guess it’s due to the changing times and also the old towkay is no longer there. The place is being run by the son now, it still remains a family business though.
I absolutely love the roti bakar and normally order 2 sets at one go and even then, I’m always tempted to order the third - I normally don’t la! I’m not that bad a glutton u know? 
The other thing which I’m looking forward to is taking Arianna on her first train trip. That would be the trip back to Kulim. We will be taking the train from Kluang to Bukit Mertajam where my aunt will fetch us home. I hope that all will go well.
Anyway, I best be going and getting some beauty sleep - it’s gonna be a long day tomorrow!!
