A darn good pair of cowboy boots, that’s what! I will not hide the fact that I am a sucker for boots and particularly cowboy boots because it are simply outrageously sexy. I know that many people wear these as working shoes ie them sexy cowboys of course, but if you’re like me, I wear them whenever I was the room to turn and look at me.
But the one thing that I do keep in mind when I do look for a pair of boots is that they must be comfortable and be of quality. No one wants a pair of hurting feet after a night out. That would really spoil the weekend!
Woohooo…..ello fellow Photo Hunters, I am back on track - at least for now. This week we are looking at ‘glass’. Well, I think I just about found the perfect pic, at least to me. *lol*
A trolley of glass bottles that was leftover after an office celebration. We reached and went beyond our target. So hurray for us! If you’re wonderfing why it’s all fuzzy, I think it’s pretty obvious!
Ok, I’ll admit it. I’ve put on quite a fair bit since Arianna was born. But who can blame me right? I need to continuously ensure that I get enough in me to feed my body and at the same time, Arianna needs hers as well - I’m nursing so I guess I have a reason to go on binge eating every now and then. Sadly, because of this binge eating - the weight is piling on.
I know that I’m not really a discipline person when it comes to exercising because I am just too lazy to lace up and go jogging, the weather can be quite brutal sometimes and I just hate it. But all is not lost for me because with these home gyms from Nordic Track, I’m well within redemption! I realised that if I were to place one of these machines in front of the telly, I could be doing 3 things at once - watch telly, lose weight and keep Arianna entertained as she watches me cycle my pounds away. Good eh? And all within the confines of my home, no more hassle of gearing up to go out!
Never heard of it???? Well, lemme tell you….once you’ve played this game, you ain’t never turning back! It’s really very easy. Two teams go head-to-head; taking turns shooting ping-pong balls into a triangle of cups at the opposite end of the table. When the ball lands in the cup, the cup is removed until one team sinks all of the cups on their opponent’s side.
This is bound to be the life of any party and I’m so going to get Ted to look into getting us one of the beer pong tables to choose from. I think a custom made one would be totally awesome! But we have to keep in mind that our spare room isn’t that big so we have to measure and make sure that it can actually fit in there.
This is simply hilarious!! If you listen [read] hard enough, you will notice that it’s not only hilarious, it doesn’t make sense and darn obscene too!!! Haiyolar, I laughed so much that my sides are hurting now…..!!! Get your tissue paper ready please.
Not too sure if I mentioned it before or not, but Mum is a super sentimental kind of person and it’s really great that she is because she has kept all the cards that we made her while we were growing up and today, I can show them to you. I made her dig it up! *lol* I didn’t think she minded because it brought back memories, I’m sure. Both sis and I grew up making cards for both Mum and Dad. We rarely bought cards or gifts for them. They were always handmade - made with lots of love.
But I guess as we grew older and moved on with life, the small but meaningful gestures and action were lost along the way. Now, we still send her cards but they are mostly stuff you get from the store. I think it’s about time that I got back into the habit of making cards again. I used to love it and I actually still do but I seem to have lost all my artistic ideas and have a blank mind! How do I get those creative juices flowing?? Anyway, while I figure it out and if you have some to share, please do…..in the meantime, here’s my sharing.
