WIth nothing to blog about - as usual…., decided to try this option given by Flickr where I can directly post my pix from my account to my blog. If you can see this - then, YAY!! It worked.

O, by the way, this is a shot of the sunset I took while on the beach by Parkroyal, Penang. Love the colors!! What can I say, I’m a sucker for such sceneries.

Wouldn’t you like the chance to walk the runways of Milan, New York or Paris? Well, this might be that one way ticket to stardom! We are all beautiful in our own way and what better way to flaunt it than to join Look of the Year and give yourself that chance.

It’s a great beauty contest that can win you a whopping USD10k and even if you don’t win a prize, you might get spotted by an agency for modelling and voila, move over Kate Moss! We all need new and young blood.

Once again, I’ve missed out on so many themes but I will get to that after sharing with you this week’s pix. This week’s theme is shoes. And here’s my take :

Yup, that’s a 4m long salt water croc and if you think about it, he can be turned into a lot of shoes!! But jokes aside, I’m not a fan of leather goods and I do not condone the killing of animals for the sake turning them into coats, shoes, bags, belts….or whatever material items you can think of. This is just a sharing of a photo and I took it at Featherdale Wildlife Park.

I had another picture to share but then I realised that it had more than 13 items in there. So I thought this would be a cuter choice. What visible digits you can see equals to 13.

Unique/funny signs

‘Hire a hubby’ - how good is that??? *lol* When I first saw it, I really didn’t what they were advertising for and I was very intrigued by it. Until I personally checked out the site and it turned out to be a handyman’s franchise. Don’t know what I was thinking…..

Time

Aaahh….my beautiful piece of art. I’m so very proud of this because it turned out so gorgeous. And mind you it took a LONG LONG time to complete and I had to go for 2 sessions of more than 3 hours. So yes, this work of art was certainly time consuming but worth all the pain and time in the world!

I didn’t know which one to pick so I decided to cheat and put 2 photos up. The first shot is of my pups and I when they were tiny. The pink nosed one is Bingo and the other is Zorro. He was the star of my twisted photo too.

Candy

I love candy and I love clouds. And I think this is a wonderful picture of the both combined : cotton candy clouds.

What a tease!! When she was in this position, I thought that she was going to make her first attempt. But sadly, she pulled a big bluff on me!

This is another one of my favourites - she just loves to show off her 2 teeth. *lol*

Being typical girly girl, Arianna is turning into quite a vain pot! *lol* She absolutely loves to stare at herself in the mirror. Most of the time, she’s trying to beat the heck out of her image in the mirror! ‘Who is that baby wearing my clothes?!’

Another one of my favourites because of the close up shot. I try to capture the color of her eyes but photos just don’t do her eyes any justice. But this is one of Ted’s favourites and is currently my desktop background.

Arianna gave me this look when I called her ‘cheekums’. It’s something Ted came up with. I think it’s got a cute tingle to it - ‘cheekums’ and ‘cheekyboo’. I like!

I will be adding more pix especially those taken during our hotel stay in Penang.

*sigh* Can’t believe that I feel so relieved to be back online - you will see that I am contradicting myself as you flick through all that I’ve written while I was not connected to the rest of the world. Please don’t be surprise when you get a flood of posts in the days to come. Have to catch up la. Plus I do miss being online.
