Nothing defines the words ‘time flies’ better than watching your baby grow. Today marks not only our 2nd wedding anniversary, but also Arianna’s 1st birthday. Being middle of the week, we had a small BBQ party on Saturday to celebrate her birthday. [Yup, there are pictures there so go see!] It’s amazing how a child grows up right in front of you and yet, you are unaware of it until the birthdays just roll by.
So what has it been like married to Ted for 2 years? I must say that life hasn’t always been a bed of roses but I can honestly say that there have certainly been many more good times than bad. We have been blessed in more ways than we can count and the most significant one other than us getting married, was Arianna’s birth. [Here oso got pictures - go see!] What a great way of ‘celebrating’ our 1st wedding anniversary - me in the hospital pushing like mad! *lol* It sounds really funny now but no one was laughing that day at the delivery room, I can assure you.
Walking down memory lane, it took me back to Aug 2006, when everything seem like a blur now because of the stress I was going through getting the preparations done for our wedding. Thank god for Mum, sis, some family members and a group of extremely close friends whom I will always be grateful for. WIthout them, I can’t imagine how it would have been like!! I will always remember what you have done for us, on our big day. The countdown was nerve wrecking! [I don't really have to say it, do I?]
Fast forward to today, 12/8/2008….life has been nothing short of being filled with happiness, love and blessings, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I don’t know what holds for us come 12/8/2009 but perhaps I can write a post similar to this with the title ‘3 years of wedded bliss, a toddler & a baby’. Who knows, eh? 
We’ll just have to wait and see…..
