Not too long ago, my sister was planning a trip out to Sydney to pay us a visit. But with her passport in Kulim and she in Johor, she didn’t realise that not only was her passport expired, she didn’t have the proper travelling visa on her as well!

We were lucky that the Immigration system for issuing passports are now more fast and efficient. And because of that, she managed to get her passport renewed within 2 days and the visa also issued on the spot because the travel agent was able to do so. What a very lucky girl she is! Goes to show that passports are the one main and most important item you need to look after if you’e planning to travel.
