The grass is always green on my side.

What a gorgeous view!

Although the theme ‘view’ sounds easy, I actually had a tough time trying to pick something that I hadn’t already previously put up. So I thought that PH should have this in it’s archive. :)

I wished I had been more observant and taken notice of what this place is called but I can assure you that this is somewhere in Newcastle. Thanks to Vic, we now know that this spectacular spot is called Bogey Hole. *Thanks for the info, Vic!* The story behind this pool is that back in the day, it was dug by prisoners for the Head of the prison then. It’s by the sea as you can see the waves crashing on the rocks. I didn’t get a chance to step foot there myself but I would have loved to be that guy who is sitting just there!

Hope you liked that view….have a blessed weekend!

This is THE view, for me, today. I love it.
The diminutive figure makes you aware of the scale.

THat is a superb photo. Like Aileni the size of the figure makes you realise how big it is.

Oh that is wonderful. I would love to be that person sitting there as well. I suppose the railing is so that when the waves crash you can hold on and not get washed out to sea! Yikes.

How very unique! Excellent view. And I’m like you. I bet it would be great to be down there listening and watching the waves come crashing in displaying their power and majesty.

The place you’ve posted is called the Bogey Hole. The others are right - the placement of the figure in your shot is great for size perspective.

    Cheers,
    Vic
