I know I’ve been lacking in the sewing department but can you blame me? By the time I get home from work, have my dinner and get the kids washed up and ready for bed, I’m about to fall flat on my face myself, let alone trying to keep my eyes open to sew! Plus I’ve learned my lessons far too many times to make the same silly mistake again – never sew when you got eyes half shut, it just ain’t worth it and do I know it!

Despite me not really being able to sew as much as I would like to, I have many plans and garments that I have in mind to sew for the kids. Among the many would be swimsuits and I’ve already got the swimwear lycra fabric for it. As well as come custom beach towels which I plan to add hoods on to keep them out of the sun when they come out of the water. Lord knows how exxy some of these towels are but I’m going to follow this free tutorial I found online and I bet the girls will love it! I’ll appliqué Pooh Bear on for Arianna and maybe a bunny for KR, that way they wont fight for it. That’s planning for you! Then we shall be ready to hit the waves when we get to Malaysia!! Woohoooo!!
