Did you notice that Pelf wrote that last post? Well, it is really a blessing to have a dear friend help you out when you’re in deep crap. Yes, since I changed my template and got an auto-upgrading plugin for my blog, many things within it have gone haywire no thank to my very itchy fingers. But because I’m blessed by having good friends such as Pelf, the problem is now solved.

A very big BIG thank you to you, my dear for taking time out and helping me tweak and fine tune my blog. Truly appreciate it!!! *muaks muaks muaks*

By the way, if anyone who has just changed themes which have widget - are you experiencing trouble trying to add your Google Adsense?? I am :what:

I did it myself but I don’t know if it’s doing good. lol =P I kind of got an auto-upgrading plugin for my blog and decided that if I wanted to know what to do when, it’s now or never so voila! It did upgrade successfully - thank god! And I’ve also decided to give myself a new face lift. Whaddaya think?

I’ve still got loads to tinker with and fine tune the smaller details but I think the major bit is done. I’ll try and get the comments working so that if you stumble across anything out of the norm, please lemme know.

I had the shock of my life this afternoon…..

I logged in to blog a little and when my site was directed to some weird site, I thought, ‘That’s weird…..what’s going on?’. So I thought that perhaps my host was down….but somehow, something at the back of my mind was nagging at me. Then I suddenly realised that I had been getting a renewal notice from my domain host which I had been ignoring because stupidly, I got it confused with my WEB host which is Blogasian. I had somehow convinced myself that my domain host was just pulling a fast one on me and that I didn’t have to do anything about and so, I didn’t.

When I told Ted, he had this ‘Uh-ph’ look on his face and he said, ‘O dear…..I think you just lost your domain.’ and THAT was when I freaked out!!! When I checked to see if I could buy it back, it said that I couldn’t because someone already has it and that made me freak out even more!!! Thank God my BP is back to normal or I would have seriously fainted. I was upset that someone had already bought my domain….until I checked and saw that it was still under me. Bwaaahahahaha!! What a relief really….now all I had to do was get it back. But how?

I admit that it was wholely my fault that my domain expired and I didn’t bother about renewing it but I really wanted to get it back, you know? So I mucked about the site looking for something which allowed me to renew my subcription and praise God, I found it. And hence, I’m still able to post.

So if you tried to access my site earlier on and got diverted to another site - now you know why. I’m back in action!! Phew……*sighs with relief*

I’m glad to announce that I’ve just upgraded my blog [but I dunno to what version - kicks self]. Technically, all seems ok but I’m beginning to notice a few missing pieces here and there. And while I’m fine-tuning my blog, please bare with me. Although I was so gungho about trying to upgrade my blog on my own, I chickened out at the last minute so I turned my ever reliable host and got Andrew to do it for me. Yes, I’m a chicken when it comes to techie stuff.

So if you notice anything that’s out of the norm on my blog that you think might need some tinkering, please let me know. Thank you!!

I can’t believe I forgot to blog about this. I just realise that when the news of Kecik kicked in, all else was forgotten! :doh: Anyway, this happened way, way back when we just found out that I was pregnant.

I went for my checkup with a GP after my ultrasound and the doc did all the necessary like asked me all sorts of medically related questions, food habits and of course took my weight for monitoring and a sample of my blood for the loads of testing they gotta do. They were even gonna run an AIDs n syphilis test which he quickly told me not to take any offense as it was some medical policy that has been adopted for the protection all all parties involved I guess. I didn’t think anything of it but when he mentioned not to take offense, I instantly felt offended. Weird eh? See what I mean when I say ignorance is bliss?

Anyway, my news is that when he took the readings of my weight, I was thinking, ‘Omg, I’m gonna end up breaking that scale!’ But…….turned out that I had lost 5 freaking kgs!!!!

That’s a miracle on it’s own - me actually losing weight and that much too!!! I know I should not be losing weight at this point but I believe I lost that weight before anything was growing inside me so, OMG!!!! Tis a miracle…:hypnotized: The best part was that I never realised it and it’s not that I was on any diet at all. I just had one health shake in the morning, a normal lunch [half the time I was eating sushi and the other half was the sanwiches I brought from home, made with many grained bread - which may have contributed to this loss as well] and for dinner, I either had a health shake if I was too lazy or too full or Ted would whip up a gorgeous meal. In any case, no diets at all! Plus it must have all been that daily 20 minutes walk to the station, it must have done something.

So I guess that health shake really does wonders. Now, I’m stopped taking the shakes and have been having proper breakkie but am still taking my iron pills together with the supplement vits. Looking good people!! :dancing:

Christmas is over…..New Year is over. Welcome the new look for the new year. Nice or not?
