Golly, can’t believe that I haven’t had the time to blog properly nor read the blogs I normally frequent. So sad lar… But worry no more, I’ve finally found some time on my hands as Ted has left for Sydney this morning. I’ve got about 3 weeks grace of ’singlehood’ in my hands so I better make the most of it. :LOL:

I know many of you are SO teh excited about our honeymoon. Rest assured that although we enjoyed it, it could have been better. I’ll let Ted tell you all about it while I put up the pix instead.

The hotel [Don't let looks deceive you ~ the damn pool was shut under maintenance all the time we were there and no apology was given nor offered. :angry: Like Ted, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.]

A view while on the beach. We stayed on the mainland not Pangkor Island in case you were wondering. I SHOULD HAVE got us a hotel on the island. *sigh* :rolleyes:

All in all, it was a stay in bed, lazy holiday as it should be. A well-deserved one after all the hustle and bustle preparing for the wedding and all. It would have been great if not for those rather major hiccups.

O, by the way…Lucia, Anjali & Bunny wrote about our wedding…so sweet lar. :hug:

Hello dearies! I wanted to blog abt the mini blogger meet I had up in Melbourne but obviously that isn’t going to happen now coz I havent had the time to upload the pix!

A quick run down of what happened over the weekend :

• Flight over to Melbourne was great! No bumps, no air pockets…smooth flying all the way

• Arrived at cold and dreary Melbourne, not happy lar! The weather was just that - dark n damp but we managed to find our hotel without much fuss as Ted’s an expert with maps.

• Had blogger meet at Cafe Norturna, you can read the reports here ~ Yee Wei [don't mine the blaring pix when you go there] & Wuching. Mine will come after I return home tomorrow.

• Took a drive up the Great Ocean Road and after a long and winding drive [nauseating for Ted], we FINALLY arrived at the 12 Apostles. One word to describe it ~ WHOAH. Period. And it’s true, every pix taken was postcard worthy, at least on my cam!

Well, now I gotta go and pack my stuff back for home. Need to go get a bag of Brazil Nuts for Mum. Surprisingly I already bought a bag of it but it mysteriously disappeared! :hypnotized: O well….more shopping for me!! :dancing:

Yoohooo!! :dancing: My Teddy loves me…:grin: He said he had a surprise for me and WOW, this was not what I expected so….YES, I love this surprise!! He’s taking me to Melbourne and while there, we’re going to the 12 Apostles!!! I mentioned in Anjali’s blog some time ago that someday I’ll make my way over before they [the 12 Apostles which I hear has only 8 stones standing] are gone, and voila….like a genie, my Teddy granted my wish!!! :battlingeyelashes:

So far, I’ve contacted Metria & Wuching…they are on! We’re leaving on Thursday and should be in by lunch time and I believe we are meeting up for a drink with Metria and dinner with Wuching. If you happen to be in town, around Lygon Street…lemme know!! We can sure meet up. Just email me at mistyzblog[at]gmail[dot]com. [Why do people do this? I dont know why but I'm just following suit lar. :hehe:]

We be leaving Melbourne on Saturday but I doubt there can be any meeting on Friday coz that’s a full day of travelling and what nots.

G’day mate! :wave: I have arrived in the Land Down Under and am glad no bagage fell on me when the plane took off and landed.

Just a quick post before I take a nap, barely got 3 hours of sleep on the flight. Had a nice South African guy sitting beside me from KL to Sydney. He was so nice and sweet to me till the stewardess thought we were together! [Ted says he aint amused, he's right beside me....WATCHING me as I blog...]

When asked where I wanted to go right after touch-down, I said, “BONDI BEACH!!” Sadly, no pretty nude chicks or dudes around for me to take sneaky pix. :devil: Winter lar! So cold here but better than summer, anytime…:hehe:

Finally…THE blogger meet.
Saturday had me so stuffed that I went to bed only after the England vs Portugal game. I guess the shock and amount of laughing I was holding in contributed to my inability to fall asleep but nothing that a quick shower couldn’t help. Soon, I was fast asleep. Woke up at about 9am and all geared to go for the blogger meet. Got dressed, packed my shocking pink bag and was ready to leave for brekkie at 10am. SUDDENLY I remembered that I hadn’t confirmed with May & Angel!!! *Feeling bad here* I quickly sms-ed her to tell her that I would be able to meet her after all. But sadly, *totally my fault here* she had already made other plan coz she thought the meet up wasnt possible. I totally take the fault here *still kicking self over it* and was a little sad that I couldn’t meet the Great Cook. But there is always December and that little trip to Ozzie I hear she’s planning. :tongue:

The past weekend was hectic! But fun because although not many bloggers turned up for the blog meet, the number was just nice AND I got my visa done!! YAY!! :dancing:
