Sometimes, Arianna tends to be a little too rough and bullies little KR. But when she’s nice to KR, she’s really, really nice and it’s really cute to see them together. Here is one such precious moment :

This is how you do it....
This is how you do it….

When I first let Arianna play the organ she liked it, it made noises and she could bang it with all her might and we didn’t say anything. *lol* It’s a rather rotten instrument and really, it didn’t hurt plus it was nice watching her have fun. Although she does share, most times she is the taker instead of the giver.

Copy cat in action
In this case, she actually let KR play along-side with her which was a really nice change. This does not happen often!

The girls are really growing up fast. I’m surprised by KR’s vocab because she is definitely picking up words so much faster and clearer than Arianna. Although she doesn’t talk much and is on a rather quiet side, she is a very observant baby. I reckon she is taking in lessons from Arianna – what not to do so that Mummy doesn’t go all crazy and start screaming like a banshee! *lol*

Looking at things, I reckon #2 & #3 will most likely gang up on Arianna once they are big enough. I wonder how Arianna is going to handle them. *lol* She’s definitely going to have her hands full. ;)

KR’s fringe has been long for a very long time now and it’s been disturbing her eyes so I decided to snip a bit off…..apparently I snipped off a wee bit too much. Poor thing looks like Temenggong Jugah now!!!

Not surprisingly, it’s quite easy to find various pix of kids in this similar hair style – just Google it up and you’ll see.

Was finger good
This is Arianna sporting THE cut some time ago.

Sporting a 'Temenggong Jugah' hair style
KR sporting the same….

Sporting a 'Temenggong Jugah' hair style
And another shot for the heck of it!

And to prove that I am not joking, check this out :

Temonggong Jugah
This is the actually person. :) Note the similarity?

Thank goodness hair grows….. :P

Nanny at her best

These days, the term ‘Nanny’ refers specifically to my sister. *lol* Yea, ever since she spent time with the girls, KR has taken quite a liking to sis and whenever sis is home, she normally looks after KR ie. bathes her, carries her and be her human cushion when we go places.

Note how cosy KR looks like asleep on sis? And it’s obvious that sis doesnt mind it one bit. :) To be honest, I totally forgot about this cute shot until I suddenly remembered it while reading some reviews on phentremine since my friend was talking about it the other day. It’s good to find out about things you know not about. After all, knowledge is power!

Although there is nothing in common between the 2, something triggered my mind and I thought that while I still remember, I better write about it. Just wanted to thank sis for all the help she has given me. I don’t know how much more hectic and stressed I’d be if I had to handle the girls all by myself in such a huge house!! :P Yes, compared to my unit, our house here in Kulim is ginormous!!!

Hello Daddy!
I took this just a few hours ago. :) Mum was watching her while I was getting their milk ready as it was close to their bed time. Looks like someone is turning out to be quite chatty! :P

Don’t tell anyone but I was so busy reading some acnepril reviews that I totally lost track of time until Mum reminded me that I had kids to attend to. *LOL* Such a bad Mummy….Anyway, at 13 mths, KR has been doing lots of cute things that toddlers tend to do. (Toword which I am currently taking advantage of by teaching her some Bahasa Malaysia words, she been busy exercising her yummylicious porky legs by walking the whole day in her walker. She is slow at walking and crawling but in my condition, it is actually a blessing.

Can you imagine me and my bump running after a speeding walker? Omg….the thought itself gives me the shivers. Although its been just a few weeks that the girls haven’t seen their dad, I am constantly reminding them how he looks like by pointing to our wedding pic in the hall and I am glad to say that they both have not forgotten him. :) In fact, they have also seem him a few time via web-cam as well. I’ll be sending Ted a new one tomorrow hopefully and then we’ll be able to see him more clearly. :)

If you didn’t already know, unlike Arianna who was nursing till she was past 1 year old, KR stopped at 8 months. That’s 4 months of no breast milk at all and straight on to formula milk. I still don’t know till today what caused her to stop so abruptly, I really wish I knew so that I do not have to face this rejection again with Nibbles. *keeping fingers and toes crossed* Not only was I emotionally upset but our pockets were also hurting badly because KR was taking formula for ages 6mth and above that they cost way more than Arianna’s formula milk and we were so waiting for her to turn 1 so that they could both take the same formula. *lol*

Honestly, it is no laughing matter. Aside from reading supplement reviews, I haven’t really done much to see what else would suit the girls other than formula milk. Ted is not keen on starting them on fresh cows milk and me, I’m not that keen on soy. So we are at a point where we both agree on formula, hence the current situation.

While there are tonnes of brand names out there for children’s formula milk, I ended up with Enfagrow A+ after Mum kept talking about it and who would have thought that this milk is milking my finances dry!!! It’s currently costing me RM68.70 per 1.3kg for approximately 1.5 weeks! That’s very painful you know….I have been thinking of switching their formula to a cheaper brand but feel a little guilty for doing so and also, I am afraid that they might not take to it. They can be fussy if they want to so I will not be taking the risk. Instead, I shall just sit here and whinge about it! :P I really wonder how the less privilege families are able to afforf milk powder because as you can see, it can really get exxy….food for thought eh?

Take a look at this picture and you’ll see what I mean by ‘pitiful’.

home2

Yea, this is Kathleen-Rose caught in action (for lack of a better word) sleeping while sitting up. I reckon she must have fallen asleep while playing and didn’t really have the time to lie herself down. So pitiful!! She looks as if she had spent the whole day on the elliptical. She actually looks really tired here.

This is the first time I’ve ever since her in this position. It is a rare shot because even though she is 13 months now, she prefers to just lie on her back and wait for someone to come get her, rather than to sit up herself. This new development of sitting is up is VERY new as she only started doing it here at Mum’s place. Heck, she’s ever showing signs of crawling NOW despite the fact that she can actually walk a fair distance if you held her arms. I call her a lazy bum but the in-laws reckon that that’s purely intelligence at work – why bother crawling/walking when you can be carried from one place to another?

And you know what, I reckon they are right. :P
