I love this weeks theme, colorful because I can expect to see many concepts.
I personally have come to realise that it has become a little bit difficult is just sharing one photo and for most weeks, I always have at least 2. So this week is no different either.

A colorful collection of my many postcards from around the world. I happen to collect them so if you’re into the same hobby, please feel free to drop me a message and we could swap cards. My cards for trade can be found here. Or if you’re feeling generous and want to help me increase the number of cards I already have, I have no objections at all! *lol* I used this same picture for a Show & Tell in case some of you have seen it before.

This here is Arianna playing with many colorful balloons, just before her birthday. I had a similar picture posted last week for the theme, dark. But here it shows more balloons than her.
Hope you enjoyed! O, and send me a postcard?

The theme ‘dark’ has so many concepts to it that I couldn’t quite decide which one I wanted to do. So I decided to go with one which was the topic of conversation when Arianna was born.
Her lovely dark hair…she was born with a head full of it and my MIL was simply over the moon by it. Apparently she prefers dark hair over light.

Here is the little cheeky vegemite about a couple of days old and still in the hospital gown. Although the smallest full term baby in the ward, she was the most gorgeous.

And here she is today, still sporting a mop of dark hair albeit a little static from all the balloons I placed in her play pen.
We had a small BBQ birthday party for her yesterday. She’s turning 1 on Tuesday!! Where has the time flown??
Hope you enjoyed that.

I have been looking forward to this week’s theme so much!!! I was simply over the moon about the theme which is clouds. I used to enjoy looking at clouds when I was growing up. It was a norm to just lie down in the school field or play ground and look up into the sky and watch the clouds float by. What a life it was!
But after my first experience flying on a plane to Holland in 2002, I have been hooked on clouds!!
Almost everywhere I go, I take pictures of clouds. My favourite place to take cloud pictures is New Zealand. Known as the land of the long white clouds, it truly literally lives up to its name. SADLY, my home pc crashed and along with it, thousands of digitals memories were wiped out.
I do have some of them burnt on a CD but they are not with me currently so here are some of the shots I took around NSW.

This is Anzac Bridge and me being artistic, I like how the clouds look like in the background. I just wished that it was brighter that day….

A view of one of the many vineyards found in Hunter Valley, I thought this one looked particularly fairy-tale like. What do you think?
I know I should only share ONE picture a week but when you have so many to share, I find it hard to pick which one!! But this is one of my favourites…

A shot above the Darling Harbour - just a note to mention that I did not meddle with the setting at all. This is an actual shot, no ‘makeup’ done.
Hope you enjoyed that - have a blessed weekend!
Just added :
Ppssstt…..turns out that I have 2 more pix that I just HAD to share….

How cool is that???? I absolutely love how the sun shines through the clouds like that. Ted took these shots from his room while we were attending a pre-marriage course in Penang. Must be a ray of hope….

Just when I thought I definitely had to skip this week’s Photo Hunters theme, hanging, since I couldn’t find that one particular picture I had in mind which was to be a hanging bridge amongst the mountain of CDs I have stored….I found more than I expected.
Since I couldn’t decide which one to post, I’m doing all 3.

I can’t remember what type of monkeys these are but they sure are hanging off the edge just to get a sip of water. If I am not mistaken, they are a native of China. But I could be dead wrong!

These are spider monkeys and they are known to be very playful. And it is quite obvious as they are seen here hanging from branches, and swinging from one branch to another.

This particular shot was taken during the festive season called Deepavali also known as the festival of light that is celebrated by the Hindus. These stalls were selling lots of decorations hanging from the top which will certainly brighten up any home.
They are very colorful aren’t they?
All three shots were taken in Singapore during my trip there in 2005 - it’s been awhile no doubt but the memory is still fresh as Ted and I got engaged on Oct 2005.
Happy times.
Hope you enjoyed that - have a good weekend!

Once again when I thought I couldn’t find something to share for Photo Hunter, I found this *today*, just now.
The theme was pretty tough this week so that’s why I thought of just skipping it and go blog hopping instead when I remembered a certain picture.

What *IS* that indeed…. click here for the full sized picture and description.
Happy hunting!!

*Something bizarre happened. I had actually prepared a post to be published at 11am today but apparently it didn’t appear and I can’t find it anywhere on my blog! So if there is a double post, it just means that I had foreseen the time and it posted at 11pm.
I thought that I had to bypass this weeks Photo Hunters theme, support, but turns out that I may just have something that can be used after all. Although I have used these pictures before for another sharing, it wasn’t PH so, should be just perfect!
If these pictures don’t bring across the meaning of support, I don’t know what will!

A personally signed football by the players.

These are merely his jerseys, I didn’t not include his beanie, sweaters and scarf!

Not even a week old and Arianna has been turned into an Eels fan. The family is seen here right before we were discharged from the hospital! Yes, we were still in the NICU as Arianna had to be put under the light for a day.

Today, Arianna owns her own hat, tshirt and bib although she isn’t in the last 2 in here.
I guess it’s plan to say that Ted is a die hard fan of the Parramatta Eels of the National Rugby League [NRL] here in Sydney. When I first met Ted, I couldn’t care less for the game but now….it’s blue and gold all the way!!! *lol* The game is ADDICTIVE. [Ps. I forgot to take pic of THE flag!!! O well...another day. :)]
Hope you enjoyed that and happy weekend!!
*Pope Benedict is flying into Sydney for WYD 08 today!!! Yiippeee!!!!
